Confirm the Voyant API is installed.

A minimal “am I installed?” check. Running it prints a success message and the installed package versions.

The API version is the installed voyant-api release. The interface contract version identifies the sensor wire protocol this build speaks — if the sensor’s firmware targets a different contract version, upgrade the SDK and firmware together (see the FAQ).
