CarbonClient now connects directly to Carbon sensors, removing the Carbon Bridge.

Major Changes

• Remove Carbon Bridge — CarbonClient connects directly to Carbon sensors

Added Features

• Record pointclouds from visualizer
• CarbonClient C++ and Python bindings
• Start CarbonClient with CarbonConfig JSON-serializable structs
• Add deadtime to Carbon simulator

Removed Features

• Remove all foxglove / mcap support from MDL (e.g. foxglove_bridge)

Other Changes

• PCD and pandas python utils default valid_only=True
• Bump carbon-interface v1.0.8 (timestamp format changed)
