Calibration parameters previously supplied via config are now parsed automatically from the sensor heartbeat — no manual files or flags needed.
Compatible with carbon-interface v1.2.0 — updated heartbeat format.

- Sensor health warnings — the Visualizer now surfaces live sensor health warnings, building on the health panel introduced in v0.7.1
- Dynamic point size scaling — optional Visualizer feature; rendered point size increases with range when enabled

- Doppler calibration — calibration logic updated to use data from the sensor heartbeat
- Reflectance calibration — calibration logic updated to use data from the sensor heartbeat
- Spatial filter — default spatial filter configuration updated
